The customer service at Pinner’s Fine Shoes is top notch. Duke, Darlene and Kerry were so patient in helping me decide what shoe I would be happy with and making sure the fit was correct. I have a narrow foot which makes finding good fitting shoes very difficult. Pinner’s offers a large selection of widths and many beautiful styles. I highly recommend you check them out!

This adorable little store has the best selection of high quality beautiful shoes from athletic to dressy and anything in between, with sizes to fit every foot! Best customer service I have ever experienced!

Former Big City girl with tiny feet (size 5 ½, European size 36). The department stores here don’t carry my size. I was so lucky to discover Pinners today! Great selection of high quality, stylish, comfortable shoes. I walked out with a pair of kitten heels and a pair of embellished booties. Not cheap, but quality never is, and with the half price sale they were more than reasonable. Great service as well!

A true hidden gem! Pinner’s Fine Shoes in Gainesville gave my mom the best shoe-buying experience ever. After a year of many shoes and none quite right, she has some unique foot issues and dementia, and they treated her with incredible patience and skill—sizing her feet by eye, adjusting shoes on the spot, and making sure every step felt right. A week later, she’s still saying these are the most comfortable shoes she’s ever owned. After 57 years in business, it’s clear they stand behind their work. If you need expert fitting and genuine care, this is the place and these On Clouds are beautiful shoes!!

It's a little sad how the best shoe store I've ever stepped into is closing but it was an honor to meet the wonderful people who worked there. I usually don't buy fancy shoes but the quality of the merchandise is undeniable and the customer care is beyond excellent. I wish everyone the best in their endeavors and a happy life
